Family Case Management

Infected mother, father or child, family case management serves the whole family, including services for young people age 13 to 24.  Referral services are available to all affected members living in the household.  Service is provided for HIV positive pregnant women and their unborn babies.  Once a child is born, we monitor the progress of the infant at All Children’s Hospital Infectious Disease Clinic.  Should a child test positive for HIV a case manager will accompany the family to scheduled medical appointments.
